At The Inspired Equestrian Journal, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. In the event that you need to initiate a return or request a refund, please review the following guidelines:

Change of Mind Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it due to a change of mind, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a replacement or refund. Please adhere to the following steps:

  • ContactΒ us immediately upon discovering the damage, providing details and photographic evidence.
  • We may require you to return the damaged item. If so, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will assess its condition and proceed with issuing a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. ContactΒ us at sam@inspiredequestrianjournal.com.au to notify us of your intent to return or request a refund.
  2. Provide your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
  3. If applicable, await further instructions regarding the return shipping process.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to personalised or customised items. Sale, discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for refund or return.Β 

All graphic design, logo and website purchases are non-refundable once work commences. Payment is required before work commences.

Additional Information:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are outside the designated return window.
  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
